What we source

Every requirement starts the same way: we find the source.

C&C Enterprises operates across three connected sourcing lines. A single requirement might touch one of them or all three — we scope it, source it, and see it through.

01 — Service Sourcing

Security & facility services

We directly fulfill service-based contracts, with particular depth in security-related work for government and commercial sites.

Security Systems

Installation and coordination of CCTV, access control, checkpoints, and perimeter security systems for facilities that need to control who and what comes through.

CCTV Access Control Checkpoints Perimeter Security

Janitorial

Recurring janitorial and cleaning services for commercial and government facilities across the Brazos Valley and beyond.

Landscaping & Grounds

Grounds maintenance and landscaping for commercial properties and government sites — standalone or paired with security and janitorial coverage.

Other Services

These are our core service lines, not the full list. If you have a service requirement outside of what's listed here, please inquire — we likely source that too.

02 — Product Sourcing

Sourcing for contract requirements

When a contract calls for specific equipment, materials, or supplies — not just labor — we identify the right vendors, manage quotes and specs, and deliver against the contract's requirements and deadlines. This spans government product and equipment contracts as well as materials needed to support a service contract.

03 — Buying & Reselling

Coordinating the transaction, start to finish

Beyond contract fulfillment, C&C Enterprises sources both new and used goods from manufacturers, distributors, and other suppliers and coordinates their resale — managing the buy, the logistics, and the handoff so the end client gets what they ordered, when they ordered it.

Sectors served

Government and commercial, side by side

C&C Enterprises pursues federal, state, and local government contracts, and works directly with commercial property managers and facility operators — locally in the Brazos Valley and across the nation — who need the same services outside of a government contract vehicle. Same sourcing model, two channels.
